bohemiaOMG, I was trying to post last night and something was screwy with LJ, because all my code was correct but it kept fudging the posting. So I split it up-- the meme in one post, and TV in the next. And well, then Melrose Place came on. I was ~*distracted*~.
Brothers & Sisters: I was just excited to see Julia again. I miss her. And what, Kitty? Where is that plot going? I am so confused and out of the loop.
How I Met Your Mother: Joanna Garcia looked weird with that dark red hair. O.o
"I dated that guy." Not your worst mistake, Robin Sparkles!
And omg, the moment Barney mentioned the guys "spending time" with his mom I went, "Wow, what I'd give to see Charlie Day (from Sunny), Mike (from My Boys) and Barney hanging out."
AND THEN MIKE SHOWS UP TO BATTLE TED FOR MAGGIE. HI, JAMIE KALER, HI!
The episode itself was 'eh', but I know someone is scanning that tiny, tiny classroom for potential Mothers.
I actually legitimately adored that episode of Accidentally On Purpose.
The Big Bang Theory: Awwww, Sheldon and Penny. I loved all their scenes together. And whatever Sheldon's quote was about reasons to cry was priceless.
I watched Men of a Certain Age, too. The music's amazing and the writing feels real, like these aren't characters or archetypes. And it's funny without being depressing or insulting. Definitely continuing with that one.
And Leverage comes back January 13th! I LOVE JANUARY.
Melrose Place: I can't even. So many things wrong yet amazing happening here.
- Awwing over David coming to rescue Lauren (she's just going to be a walking stereotype anyway, might as well get them all in there at once).
- WTFing over the pool scene and Amanda being all nosy.
- WHAT WHAT. EW. AWW. WHAT. WHAAATing at Ella and Jonah.
- loling at Riley's whole plot and the similarities between her and Jonah's "stringing him along/being strung along" and "it's all for the best" lines.
