bohemiaBored to Death was okay. I liked last week's episode better, although Jenny Slate's character is adorable. And Brothers and Sisters is boring me.
How I Met Your Mother: THIS WHOLE EPISODE IS WTF.
First, Barney gave away his porn because he was dating Robin? That makes NO sense for anyone, but especially Barney. Although that's totally not all of his porn collection. He had that whole room for it (his bathroom, I think?). I love that Lily wanted to watch Barney's sex tape though. But this is good because now Ted has Barney's sex tape for blackmail purposes. And why the hell is Barney's porn collection on VHS still? UPGRADE THAT.
Second, Barney and Robin were dating since the summer or around that time. How long does it take to gain that much weight? Unless that too was part of how the gang saw them, because Future!Ted did mention how they remembered it differently. But if not, this breakup must happen WAY later than just November (although I do like how Barney just came back thin as ever, lol I'll chalk that up to Narrator!Ted). So are Barney and Robin going to be dating still for the next few episodes?
THIRD, BARNEY USED TO HAVE A CLONETROOPER. I KNOW BECAUSE I REMEMBER FUSSING OVER IT ON LJ. WAIT, *SEARCHES* WHAT EVEN, IT'S THE SAME EPISODE WITH HIS PORN. AND IT WAS IN HIS BATHROOM.
FOURTH, MEG WAS JUST A FLING.
I just... can't even. Also, I guess I'm the only one who actually shapes up instead of slobbing out when they're in a relationship.
And does anyone know how that couple is doing? The ones who were engaged in that old episode? ARE THEY STILL TOGETHER?
Accidentally On Purpose: MICHAEL RAPAPORT. HAYYYY. YOU'RE ANNOYING AND MAKE BAD CAREER CHOICES FOR YOUR TALENT LEVEL BUT I STILL LOVE YOU, EVEN PLAYING A PREGNOPHILE.
But wow, those are some seriously bad lines.
I like that Nick was dressed as Shaggy for some reason.
The Big Bang Theory: Leonard's being a douche. Must be Monday. Although THANK YOU RAJ. I know my ideas on feminism are wavy at best, but in this case I'm on Penny's side.
The comic book store is also distractingly empty for being a comic book store.
Sheldon's sandwich/half-sandwich question! I have had that conversation SO MANY TIMES. And I've always thought people were miming writing a check/signing the receipt not mining the check sign. That makes so much more sense. *facepalm*
"Howard and I are just friends!" What is going on. Raj's parents don't believe him, haha.
Melrose Place: Is that the end of Auggie already? That happened quicker than I expected or actually, wanted. Also, if Violet could not leave before Ella/Violet happens. Bad train-wreck ideas ftw.
I laughed at Jonah being chivalrous. Sweet, but I knew Ella would rag on him later for it. Some women don't need a shining armor knight. Lauren however.... OMG LAUREN/DAVID.
