I really really loved the most recent spn. I think part of it is because I have some experience working behind the scenes in tv, which isn't that different than movies really. So I dug it. Also, I think part of deans goofiness was from the fact that he didn't actually take the case very seriously at first. He hadn't even wanted a case, he had wanted a break.
