It is, but the psp is an ass. You have to name the files "m4v00001.mp4" and just change the numbers after the v. I just let my converter program convert the videos to the size and it does the renaming too. And you can put AVIs on there too, but it's gotta be "avi00001.avi" or something.... I usually only put videos on my psp that I'm going to watch once or so... like now I'm converting episodes of "Surface" and "Queer as Folk" so I have less to watch on the actual computer later on.
